Coming up from the ashes of Carson's Ashford House, Carson's Barbeque will continue as the mobile arm of the business. Carson's Ashford House may have burned down, but the Barbeque and the Catering portion of the business will remain.
Carson's has been in the barbeque business for 47 years.
